The Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund (SASD Fund), established in 2018 under the Public Finance Management (Sports, Arts and Social Development Fund) Regulations, supports the development of sports, arts, and social welfare initiatives in Kenya. Its
mandate includes financing projects in sports infrastructure, supporting athletes, arts organizations, and providing funding for competitions, arts events, and social welfare programs. CEO: Nuh M. Ibrahim
Mr. Nuh M. Ibrahim is the CEO of the Sports, Arts, and Social Development Fund (SASDF) since August 2023. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Kenyatta University. Previously, he worked with the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and NHIF.
