CEO: Dr. David Gikungu

Dr. David Gikungu is the CEO and Director-General of the Kenya Meteorological Department. He holds a Ph.D. in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development from Masinde Muliro University. With extensive experience in meteorology, he has enhanced Kenya’s weather forecasting capabilities and contributed to climate resilience initiatives

Functions
