The Kenya National Shipping Line (KNSL) is a state-owned maritime company established in 1992 by the Government of Kenya. It was formed to enhance the country’s shipping capacity and facilitate trade through increased participation in international shipping. KNSL’s primary objective is to provide efficient and reliable shipping services, support the development of Kenya’s shipping industry, and promote regional trade. By operating its fleet and partnering with other shipping lines, KNSL aims to bolster economic growth and ensure that Kenya remains competitive in global maritime activities
