The Kenya School of Adventure and Leadership (KESAL), established in 1990, is a public outdoor training center.
It specializes in experiential learning through adventure-based programs, offering courses in leadership development,
team building, disaster management, wilderness survival, and environmental awareness. KESAL’s mandate is to foster
personal and professional growth by enhancing leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through challenging
outdoor experiences. The institution serves both the public and private sectors, including youth programs, with a focus
on practical, hands-on learning.
