The Nuclear Power and Energy Agency (NuPEA) is mandated to promote and implement nuclear energy programs in Kenya, enhancing the country’s electricity generation capabilities. Mr. Justus Wabuyabo holds a Bachelor of Laws from Moi University and a Master’s in International Law from the University of Nairobi. With over 22 years of experience, he previously served as the Director of Legal and Regulatory Services at NuPEA and has held roles in various legal capacities, including a lecturer at the Kenya School of Law and Mount Kenya University.

- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish frameworks for monitoring the progress of nuclear projects and evaluating their impact on energy generation and sustainability in Kenya.
