Tom Mboya University College, established in 2020, is a public institution located in Homa Bay County, Kenya. Initially a constituent college of Maseno University, it gained university status to honor the legacy of Tom Mboya, a distinguished Kenyan leader. Vice Chancellor : Prof. Charles O. Ochola
Prof. Charles O. Ochola is the Vice Chancellor and Secretary to the Council of Tom Mboya University. He was the founding Principal of Tom Mboya University College and has served in various leadership roles at Maseno University, including Director of
Students Welfare Services and Chairman of the Department of Sociology.
