Koitalel Arap Samoei University College, established in 2016 as a constituent college of Moi University, aims to provide quality higher education and foster community development in the Nandi region. The university offers a variety of programs, particularly in agriculture, business, and technology, to cater to the needs of the region. Principal : Prof. Winston Jumba Akala PhD

Prof. Winston Jumba Akala, PhD, a Fulbright Scholar and alumnus of the University of
Illinois, specializes in education and curriculum studies. With extensive experience at the University of Nairobi and Catholic University of Eastern Africa, he has led curriculum development, quality assurance, and research initiatives locally and internationally, earning notable acclaim.
