Overview

The Government Advertising Agency (GAA) of Kenya was established on July 1, 2015, to oversee government advertising. Its primary mandate includes centralizing government advertising activities, managing the media budget, ensuring effective communication, and
coordinating public awareness campaigns. The GAA also handles the procurement and dissemination of government media content, including public service announcements and tenders. Its role aims to improve the efficiency and consistency of government communications across digital, print, and broadcast media. By doing so, it ensures that all government communications align with national policies and reach the intended audiences effectively.

Functions
