CEO: CPA Ben Kai Chilumo
CPA Ben Kai Chilumo is the Secretary and CEO of Huduma Kenya Secretariat. He holds
extensive experience in public and private financial management, having previously served as the Chief Officer of Finance in Kilifi County. His tenure in public service emphasizes strategic financial oversight, resource mobilization, and change management.
