The National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) in Kenya, established under the Industrial Training Act, oversees industrial training to enhance workforce skills and productivity. Ms. Theresa Wasike holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. With over 20 years of experience in human resource management and industrial training, she is dedicated to enhancing workforce skills development in Kenya.

Functions

  • Industrial Training Development: NITA promotes quality industrial training across various sectors, ensuring that the workforce is well-equipped with necessary skills to meet the demands of a dynamic economy.
