CEO: Dr. Kelly Oluoch

Dr. Kelly Oluoch is an accomplished healthcare professional with a Doctorate in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Science in Biotechnology, Innovation, and Regulatory Pharmacy from Purdue University. His extensive experience in medical education includes serving as Deputy Director of Finance, Planning, and Administration, as well as holding various leadership roles within the Kenya Medical Training College. He has contributed significantly to improving educational standards and promoting innovative approaches in healthcare training.

Functions

  • Training of Health Professionals: Develop and deliver high-quality medical and healthcare programs at diploma and certificate levels.
  • Curriculum Design and Review: Develop and review curricula in response to emerging healthcare needs.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with universities, hospitals, and other institutions to enhance healthcare education and training.
  • Student Welfare and Discipline: Promote the welfare of students and maintain discipline across all campuses.
  • Examinations and Certification: Coordinate examinations and award diplomas, certificates, and other qualifications.
  • Infrastructure Development: Establish and manage infrastructure and facilities required for training healthcare professionals.
  • Resource Management: Administer funds, receive donations, and manage assets efficiently to support operations.
  • Policy Development: Formulate administrative policies and manage the financial affairs of the college.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of academic programs and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Research and Innovation: Promote research activities to inform evidence-based healthcare practices and policy-making.
