Madaraka Primary School

Madaraka Primary School is a public, mixed-day institution established in the 1970s and located in the Nairobi West area of Lang’ata Constituency. As of 2025, the school has undergone a significant transformation through a comprehensive infrastructure project that included renovating 24 classrooms, upgrading the administration block, and installing full cabro paving across the compound to create a modern and dignified learning environment. Managed by the central government, the school serves approximately 630 students with a balanced pupil-to-teacher ratio and modern facilities, including an upgraded ICT center. Its educational approach integrates the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) with a strong focus on practical life skills, such as cookery and collaborative problem-solving, alongside traditional academics and extracurricular activities like sports and arts.
